A mixed development consisting of retail outlets, an hotel, a fast-food takeaway, and a new library for Filton, near Bristol.
The site is on the northern ring, and we used the opportunity of this development to address the streetscape of the dual carriageway by creating a strong new avenue of London Planes along the site frontage.
