The project consists of a number of phases of new accommodation on the existing hospital site at St Peter Port. First to complete was a new car park, which establishes a new tree structure for the site, followed by a new staff accommodation block.
Currently under construction is a large new clinical block, with a separate and extensive elderly care facility presently on the drawing board.
