Following a previous planning submission, proposals for a new arts and music block were revised, with 4D Landscape Design being brought in to help redesign the landscape proposals. Our scheme results in simple, elegant spaces, reinforced by new tree planting, together with succession planting for the existing site trees. As part of our proposals new street trees will be planted along Cheltenham Road, ensuring that the development contributes to the wider streetscape.
